Thank you for your interest in scheduling a visit to Amazima Ministries in Uganda!
Friday afternoon visits are welcomed!
We love hosting visitors at our land in Uganda each Friday from 3:30-5:00pm. During your visit, you will meet with one of Amazima's awesome staff members and you will...
- Tour our property
- Learn about Amazima's history
- Hear about our programs
- Have all of you Amazima questions answered
Please note:As you might expect, Katie Davis, Amazima's founder and Executive Director, is rarely able to participate in these visits as she is quite busy being a mother to and homeschooling 13 young girls. In addition, it is unlikely any of our sponsored children will be at the property during these visits, as they are typically at school or home during these hours.
All Friday visits are by appointment only (no drop-ins, please)
If you would like to visit us in Uganda, please complete the visit request form. An Amazima representative will contact you once we receive your completed request.
No Saturday visits at this time.
While we love to meet with guests and share more about our ministry, Amazima is not in a position to host visitors outside of the Friday appointments at this time due to the high volume of requests.
As you can imagine, our weekend programs are hectic as we serve 600 children during a time of worship, Bible study, and lunch. With so little hands-on time with the children, we must be very intentional to stay fully engaged in discipleship during this time. We are thus unable to break away for even a few moments.
We are humbled and grateful for your interest in Amazima! Because we want to serve both our guests and our sponsored children with excellence, we are choosing to limit visits (other than Friday afternoons) until we can determine the best way to serve the large numbers of visitors interested in learning more about Amazima.
Thank you for your understanding.
